- Place a sheet of paper on the floor with one edge against the wall.
- Stand with your heels gently touching the wall, weight evenly on both feet.
- Ask someone to mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure from the wall to the mark to get your foot length.
- Add 3–5 mm for comfortable toe space.
- Compare your final foot length with the chart above to choose your size.

- Neck to Shoulder: From the middle of the neck to the end of the shoulder (where the sleeve begins).
- Sleeve length A: From the center back of the collar to the end of the shoulder.
- Sleeve length B: From the shoulder seam down to the wrist.
- Shoulder to Shoulder: Straight across the back, from one shoulder bone to the other.
- Chest: Around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape flat and under the arms.
- Front Length: From the highest point of the shoulder down to the hem.
- Hem: Across the bottom of the garment, above any elastic if present.
- Sleeve cuff: Around the widest part of the wrist, leaving space for a watch or jewelry.

- Waist: With the pants buttoned, lay them flat and smooth out wrinkles. Measure straight across the waistband.
- Front rise: From the crotch seam up to the top of the waistband.
- Hip: Across the hip area, usually about 4 cm (1.5") below the zipper.
- Thigh: From the crotch seam across the thigh, 2–3 cm below the hip.
- Length: From the top of the waistband down to the hem along the side seam.
- Knee: Across the knee area with the leg flat and smooth.
- Inseam: From the crotch seam along the inside leg to the hem.
- Leg opening: Across the bottom hem of the leg, from one side to the other.
