Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns

You can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must include its original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and thoroughly inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment.

3. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item, unless the error was clearly on our part, such as having shipped an incorrect product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the specific case where the mistake was ours.

4. Exchanges

If the product was sent incorrectly due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping for the exchange process. However, if you ordered the wrong size or number and wish to exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for both returning the original item and sending the new one to you.
